Posizione: Adagiato sulle colline al confine umbro-toscano, l'agriturismo è ubicato nel comune di Città della Pieve, in posizione tranquilla ma non isolata (a solo 1km dal centro storico). Il territorio è ricco di bellezze naturali e di caratteristiche cittadine. Il borgo è in una posizione strategica; ideale per raggiungere diversi luoghi d'interesse: Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Montepulciano, il Monte Amiata, le Cascate di Marmore e le terme di San Casciano dei Bagni. In questo contesto troviamo inoltre tanti sentieri segnalati per escursioni a piedi, in bici o a cavallo. Fabbricato: Il complesso è composto da diversi fabbricati con murature in pietra e mattoni a vista, sapientemente restaurati: - Un casale principale con sei camere con bagni e grande appartamento padronale. - Un ristorante con cucina attrezzata, cantina e laboratori per la produzione dei prodotti biologici, inoltre un terrazzo panoramico con splendida vista sulle valli circostanti. - Un annesso comprendente due appartamenti - E caratteristica grotta sempre per la produzione dell'azienda agricola. Da tutto il borgo abbiamo una bellissima vista panoramica sulla Val di Chiana. Il terreno di circa 3 ettari è curato e coltivato. Comprende un oliveto, una vigna e un orto, ed offre una buona produzione biologica. Sul terreno restante troviamo la splendida piscina di 6x12m, un laghetto per oche ed anatre, le stalle per i cavalli e un maneggio con fienili, box, tondino e percorso recintato. Finiture: Il borgo è interamente ristrutturato e non necessita di opere straordinarie. Le strutture sono ben rifinite con materiali tipici. Position: Set on the hilltops at the border of Umbria and Tuscany, this agritourism is located in the municipality of Città della Pieve, in a position which is tranquil but not isolated (just 1 km from the historic centre). This territory is rich with natural beauty and characteristic little towns. The village is in a practical location; which makes it easy to reach several places of interest, including: Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Montepulciano, the Monte Amiata, the waterfalls of Marmore and the natural springs of San Casciano dei Bagni. In this region there are also many trails for hiking, bike riding and horseback riding. Building: The complex consists of several different buildings with characteristic stone and brick walls, which have been knowingly restored: - The main farmhouse features six bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a large main apartment. - A restaurant with equipped kitchen, cellar and workshop for the production of the homemade organic products; as well as the large panoramic terrace with splendid views on the surrounding valleys. - An annex with two apartments - Characteristic grotto again used for the production of the organic products. The whole agritourism has beautiful, panoramic views on the Chiana Valley. The 3 hectares of terrain are used for cultivation and are well maintained. They include an olive grove, vineyard and an orchard and produce an impressive organic harvest. On the remaining land there is a wonderful swimming pool (6 x 12m.), a pond for ducks and geese, stables for the horses and an equipped riding area. Finishing: The properties are completely restructured and do not need any renovation work done. The level of finish is good, the materials used are typical of the area.
