A Montemarcello, in un sito di interesse naturalistico ed archelogico al confine tra Liguria e Toscana, sorge questa villa di 343 mq circondata dalla rigogliosa vegetazione della Val di Magra. Il parco circonda completamente la villa con le sue piante ornamentali, palme, ginestre, arbusti di mirto, calle rosse e corbezzolo e al suo interno una grande piscina dalla forma irregolare si affaccia a picco sul mare e regala un panorama mozza fiato sulle cime striate di bianco dell'appennino apuano. All'interno, la taverna è dominata da complementi d'arte e di modernariato che creano suggestioni di altri tempi; il piano terra, oltre allo spazio lavenderia, doppio ingresso e un bagno per gli ospiti, presenta un piccolo studio e un ambiente unico, sfalsato su due livelli, che ospita la zona pranzo e un ampio salone dove il design d'autore in stile anni 70 regna incontrastato. Un ballatoio ci porta al piano superiore dove due matrimoniali con bagno ensuite sono affiancate da una grande veranda con accesso al parco e alla piscina a mezzo di una piccola scala in legno. Una scaletta in pietra, invece, garantisce dall'esterno della villa un riservato accesso sia al mare sia agli Spiaggioni, terrazze panoramiche artificiali create lungo il crinale ligure.

In Montemarcello, on a site of interest for the natural surroundings and archaeological finds, on the border between Liguria and Toscana, sits this villa of 250 m2, surrounded by the luxuriant vegetation of the Val di Magra. The refinement of the Villa’s interiors, combined with the rustic charm of the exterior – stone walls and antique tile roofing – create an attractive, charming mix. Framed by the magnificent landscape of the Apuan Alps, the Villa is immersed in the dark green of typical Mediterranean vegetation, in addition to being just a short distance from the intense blue of the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Liguria and the white beaches of Tuscany. Inside the home, which was built in the early 70’s, natural materials play a key role – such as stone, stuccoing, marine woods and unfinished facings – mixing and matching in a balanced way inside the 1500 m2 of the grounds. The park surrounding the villa is filled with countless ornamental plants, as well as palm trees, juniper, myrtle bushes, red lilies and bearberry, while the grounds of the Villa itself hold an irregularly shaped swimming pool perched over the sea, offering a breathtaking view of the white-streaked peaks of the Apuan Apennine range. Inside, one of the floors is practically given over to a large tavern, in which objects of art and modern-style lamps create a charming atmosphere of yesteryear. Moving up to the ground floor, the rooms include, in addition to a laundry area, a double entryway and a guest bathroom, a small study and a single space, distributed on two levels, which holds the dining room, plus a large living room where a designer decorating scheme in the style of the 70’s reigns supreme. A landing leads to the upper floor, where two bedrooms with double beds and dressing areas are flanked by a large veranda that leads to the grounds and the pool, reached by means of a small wooden ladder. Meanwhile an outdoor stone staircase provides a reserved entry point to both the sea and the Spiaggioni, artificial panoramic terraces created along the ridge.
