Ex Convento del 16° secolo posto su un poggio con vista su Todi e le verdi colline che si allungano tra Todi e Orvieto. Ristrutturato tra il 1990 e il 1005, il casolare mostra ancora tutte le sue caratteristiche originali: travi in legno, muri di pietra, portone incorniciato da mattoni rossi, cotto originale. La ex stalla, ora salone, ha diretto accesso al pergolato esterno che offre una vista magnifica su Todi. La piscina è incorniciata da abeti e querce.

Former stone Convent (16th century) lying on a green hill overlooking hill-perched Todi, surrounded by lush vegetation and offering breathtaking view over the rolling hills between Todi and Orvieto. Renovated between 1990 and 1995, it shows the typical features of an old Umbrian building: stone walls, old wooden beams, hand made terracotta tiles. The large ex stable with original manger has direct access to the covered pergola that offers a magnificent view over Todi and green plots of land. The pool is framed within fir and oak trees.
